My Little Dino has a Birthday

A special someone is turning six years old! Roughly. Since he was passed between a few owners before me, I unfortunately don't know his real hatch date. I adopted Trogdor ~1 year ago so I think it's fair to use this time of year to celebrate!

This was the day I brought him home last year, 5 years old and 212 grams. This lovely portrait I grabbed in the In-N-Out parking lot got quite popular online. So much in fact that he's literally the fourth result in a Google Image search for his species, the Leachie gecko. On top of his fame Troggie has been regaining healthy weight and today has reached nearly 250g, over half a pound in freedom units. I'm so proud of what this guy's been able to do in the short time I've had him. Here's to many more happy healthy years together!
