18 minutes is typically the outtakes that's added back in.. same goes for "Unrated" editions. It's content that's not a part of theatrical

Depends on the movie. Usually, there's a scene or two that wasn't quite good enough to make it. Some movies (like Eurotrip) do the same

scene twice and one has more nudity in it than the other. The one with the extra nudity goes on the Unrated edition.
