You know what that is? It's a porcelain gun made in Germany. It doesn't show up on your airport X-ray machines here and it costs more than what you make in a month!

Glockamole and chips?

Yes, it's a fantasy weapon from Die Hard. https://diehard.fandom.com/wiki/Glock_7

You'd be surprised what I make in a month!

Porcelain guns are a hoax. Porcelain is pure brittle and if the porcelain mechanism parts don't snap at attempted first use, the porcelain barrel will blow up if the porcelain ammo manages to ignite if the porcelain firing pin doesn't shatter when driven by the porcelain spring. Oh, and by the way, airport X-ray machines can see the outline of your shampoo squeeze bottle, so on X-ray, this will look EXACTLY like a ticket to jail.

This is a movie quote that people believe to this day, not a statement of fact.

Nobody here remembers the movie Die Hard 2 ?

composite cases and bullets ?

2 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I know just a tiny bit about how bullets are made, but i think it should be possible to make a functional bullet out of non-metallic materials. Ceramic, carbon fiber, hard plastic,... lots of potential options
