Garlic. onion, dijon mustard, sour cream, chicken stock cube and parmesan cheese...

Boil cauliflower until soft...

After it is boiled, drain it and then brown the cauliflower in butter. This is critical for flavor...

Add the onion and garlic. And more butter because LCHF.

Ooooohhhh.....

Add the stock cube...

Now use a stick-blender to puree everything up together...

Add dijon, parmesan, salt and pepper....

Yeah, its closer to a mash than a soup but damn it tastes good.
