I also made the pesto they link from scratch as well. I followed the recipe to the T, and the dough turned out really nicely!
The one on the left, I used a rolling pin to make the rolled out dough balls flatter, the one on the right I tired by hand. Not sure how it'll affect texture. I find out tomorrow at work when we dig into them. :).
