Halloween lights, flying demon, fake web, and plastic jack-o-lantern. I also have a blacklight aimed at the webs.

My mask

Picked up this mask for $20 USD at an Halloween outlet store that pop up 2-3 months before Halloween starts, usually in long empty strip mall shops. What really sold this mask was the "cute" skeleton onesie my wife picked up for me. The overall effect was very 'Frank the Bunny', and I had about 6 to 7 kids go running from my door when I answered. The teenagers got a bigger scare. When they said 'trick or treat' I would say 'trick!' and pull up a screwdriver. One kid literally froze with the biggest 'oh shit' look on his face and another completely freaked and tried to defend himself with a costume prop (an old man cane) as his friends laughed at him.
