LCHF Middle-Eastern Inspired "Pork Al Haram"

Spinach, lemon zest, olive oil, labneh, macadamias, cilantro, pork, red onion...

Fry up the onions and macadamia nuts in olive oil...

Add the cilantro and lemon zest....

Fry up the pork in olive oil, cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper...

Now add the spinach to the macadamia-onion-lemon-cilantro mix...

Pork looks ready...

Now add the labneh to the spinach mix....

Stir through....

Plate the labneh-spinach mix first....

Then the pork on top! Season and serve.

There's no mayo in this. Its Labneh, which is a cheese made of yoghurt.
