I would LOVE to see a super cut of this entire episode. Just focusing Elons eyes s as he looks at chat and gets physically deflated. Make him cry like he’s making senior citizens, hungry kids, and the working poor cry.
it would be "techno" music wouldn't it. i doubt he actually fucking likes it, but it has "tech" in the name so hes gotta consider his image of a fucking cringelord highschooler who doesn't know anything.
You can find plenty of videos of people reacting to it on YouTube. I'd stick to ones that are made by Path to Exile content creators because they know how to roast him for his shit gameplay as well
Like…do you know how easy it would be to fulfill his Tony stark fantasy and become a hero with that kind of money? Part of why he’s hated is he chooses to use that money to be petty nazi troll. Toss a couple billion at ending homelessness and hunger. But some socialists and progressives into power so we can get universal healthcare, buy navient and forgive every loan…Elon chooses to be a bastard when he could be a savior, so a little cyber bullying is the least he deserves.
Thing is like Twitter, Twitch has never made a profit. It's not inconceivable that Bezos would be willing to allow Musk to make the mistake of paying an atrocious amount to run another platform into the ground due to his own vanity.
If he had an origin story based around anti bullying, it would have started back when his bullies threw him down a flight of stairs and kicked him in the face until it was purple and swollen like a bruised tomato.
Entitled little shit who thinks he gets to play with the emotions of others at his whim, sucker punching a kid who has to defend an absent father who succumbed to the pressures of this cruel world. If the kid punched him for real life, it was completely justified. What a psycho. However, what if this kid was previously bullying him? Would it then become justifiable for kid-Elon to use a psychological tactic like that when he saw an opening? How far back does an origin story have to go? Inception
In which he claims to be a top ranked player but has repeatedly died to the tutorial boss, indicating that he has A. Had others play his account, or B. PAID for accounts. Which are violations of the TOS and should be banned and locked.
He did. There was a “Twitter interview”, where he straight up said it. Also said everyone else was doing it, so he had to, to be competitive. The dude is delusional.
All games technically forbid account trading, but that should not prevent you from hustling and getting some value out of all that has been taken from you with microtransactions. Otherwise, we can argue that videogames are being used as literal blackholes of money, thusly an inflation-generating scam like electronic coins and thusly be made illegal everywhere. I do support treating Elon Musk unfairly, but setting precedents to dark use of laws, empowering industries over consumers, is bad too
...What? Video games have actual employees that they pay, there's no "black hole of money". There's nothing wrong with them banning people who try to sell and trade accounts, especially in games with competitive leaderboards.
So, you're admitting that the leaderboards are not some comparison of skill, but rather displays of money if account trading is forbidden. In a real world race that is not scammy, the competition organizers would not care if I decided to buy out my opponent's car or roller skates to pilot them myself. If the game is not rigged from the start, account trading should be permissible.
Never meant to imply they were not. I might play it too some time if what you say is true. A bit tired of majority games where money is all that is respected and personality takes second place to wealth displays
This is the guy who got to LV 96 on hardcore within the first month of the game coming out, he's in the top 0.1% of players, he did that, it wasn't anyone else. Anyway, yeah, he died several times in the first act, barely knew how the game worked and navigated the UI with the glacial slowness of an arthritic grandma. What an absolute fucking tool the man is.
Some say, (despite not being about to press a couple of buttons and read 2 minutes of “how to play an action RPG”), that he’s a software/rocket/engineering genius… but struggles with a game playable with a couple of buttons…
Given how many times I died to the Oggo Bogdo five minutes into "Fallen Order" I'm not going to shame him for that, particularly when there's so many other better things he deserves to be shamed for.
This is kind of like saying "I know I couldn't score a point against Serena Williams without a minor miracle, so I won't shame someone else for saying they're one of the best tennis players on earth when they've livecast themselves demonstrating a lack of comprehension of what a tennis court is." Sure, there are better things to shame him for. I want him to also feel shame for this, though. Both can be true.
i normally wouldn't shame someone for learning... but a few months ago, he bragged about being the best PoE2 player & most ppl figured he just paid some kid to raise his gear/level/etc.
But he's claiming he's an 'elite gamer' and paid someone else to get his acct up to the top tier. He should be able to get past that guy easy. You, me, any other newbie I would encourage to learn and get better. But he's already claiming he's there. So no, I WILL shame him for this.
People should always be shamed for lying without good reason. It is a sign of his character as a whole that even regarding a video game he has to lie and pay someone else to achieve what he can't (top player isn't going to die there). Simply because he has committed greater atrocities doesn't minimize every other shameful act he does
Nobody would care about him being bad at video games if he didn't repeatedly try to lie about being the top ranked player in different games, and then pay people to play the game for him to perpetuate his lie. Dude loaded into a fully geared out endgame PoE2 character in one of the top spots and had no fucking clue what he was doing or how good his gear was.
An nobody would care about this if he wasn't dismantling the democracy of the USA; or a government financed rich kid with no empathy for workers or people on social security.
Idk. I think if Taylor Swift did it, we'd still see a lot of people burning her for it. And I don't mean the right-wing morons that already attack her just for having left-leaning ideals. It definitely wouldn't be as bad because she's not a Nazi POS, but people would still care, especially if she talked as much shit about how good she is, the way he did.
Oggdo Bogdo ain't a tutorial boss though. It's a "encounter early, come back later when stronger" boss (obviously can be killed early if skilled, just not intended to be).
It took a while for it to click for me too. The big thing is Dodge isn't supposed to be your primary avoidance tool. Parry is. The dodge doesn't move far, doesn't have as many i-frames, and gives less opportunity to punish after. Don't practice on the frog though.
He's not difficult to fight if you know the game mechanics. Which the tutorial level doesn't quite explain in detail. If you encounter him at the start you have no health upgrades, so it's entirely possible to die from making a single mistake and getting stunlocked. And you have no Force powers or unlocked abilities to make you more effective. But if you know EXACTLY what you're doing, you can defeat him.
OHHHH. I didn't realize that, I just thought "man fuck this random overworld enemy" 🤣
The scope of the skill tree also didn't seem super exciting to me but who knows, maybe one day I'll give it another shot. I've already spent the $60 on steam at this point and the game is pretty.

A bully offends the weak, they are heroes because they fight a powerful evil man.
So cybeheroes, not cyberbullies

It's not cyberbullying, it's a Roman protest.

A) he repeatedly died to the tutorial boss, in a game he had previously claimed to be top 10 in the world at
B) it wasn’t techno music, it was Grimes. His ex, most recently seen tweeting at him that he was being a neglectful father

Bezos hates musk and while I doubt Bezos cares about Twitch, he probably wouldn't sell it just to spite Musk
override367
To be clear Bezos is an evil capitalist too, but he's everything Musk claims to be on a business acumen and intelligence level, he just keeps quiet
smashpro1
The chat wasn't from Twitch, it was in-game.
mploki
actually I think he cares, and that hurts him. he likely misses the time when he was admired by the public

Definitely, but as king incel he’d rather blame everyone else rather than engage in a tiny bit of introspection.

That story Musk tells isn't quite true, according to his father. It was one kid, and Musk mocked him because the kid's father committed suicide. Musk told the kid his father was "stupid." https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/elon-musks-dad-debunks-bullying-205829573.html

Took me so many times to kill him and the time I did was a fluke as I didn't even get close the other times.
There is another one further into the game I think that is actually bugged, need to lower difficulty settings completely to do it.
