I can't even with this timeline anymore. Yes, representation matters, and big girls also deserve to feel pretty and have clothing that looks fabulous. Not everyone is a size 00.
But after ALL THESE YEARS; to go and complain about a market that has been laughed at, derided, not taken seriously, etc... to NOW be concerned about it being "destroyed" is... Well, that really is Late-Stage Capitalism at its best, no?

Wegovy and Zepbound are, which are the same class.. It’s really just an FDA approval thing.

It's a pretty weird one, while it's currently only marketed as a type 2 diabetes medication it does cause consistent strong weight loss

And if you look at who is singing its praises, it is almost exclusively righ people with access to Doctors with...questionable intentions.

There ARE exceptions, where a Doc would prescribe this for obese people, but yes...It was developed for Type II Diabetes, and I believe I read somewhere it is causing supply issues for people who NEED it, because people want to be skinny.
