Been searching a long time for a good source of passion fruit to make this amazing buttercream. My wonderful wife saw some fresh ripe fruit and brought them home. Turned out amazing. Can't wait to make more of this buttercream with different kinds of cookies and styles.

Yeah, French buttercream is more reminiscent of a curd to me. I also make Swiss and Italian buttercreams from time to time.
