I have so much rage to release at the gym as of late, and I'm not a violent person at heart. I've never started a fight, and I usually end fights with my words. Shaming the other person to embarrassment and/or enough that the realization this is not someone to get into a real fight with finally sets in.

When I was a barber, my coworkers used to back me up in any situation. Especially since I was the only woman in the shop, and the only one who also did braids. I was basically the little sister everyone loved and protected. They'd appear behind me to say, "Muertasha fight men!" Then just stare. It was funny because they'd do it randomly, and 98% of the time it didn't make any sense because I'd be in a normal convo and not an altercation. But there were a few times we had a couple idiots in the shop, trying to act like a big man. When something popped off my friend, who was a few inches shorter than me, would always step up to keep the peace. If and when that happened I would literally be right behind him to stare directly over his head and into the eyes of whoever the aggressor was. The look of fear in a man's eyes as they lock into my gaze and realize that the small scary muscled man is actually standing in between them and the real danger. Seeing grown ass men stumble over their words and back out slowly because I'm just hovering behind dude, smiling into their soul, begging for an excuse. Fun times. These, not so much.

Emasculated fucks gonna FAFO with the wrong bitch and get handed their entire ass back to them by the gender they view as lesser. Stay safe everyone, but stay angry. These are unprecedented times, so let's set the precedent.

TLDR Seeing a red hat triggers a visceral rage, screaming ever louder to be acted on.

I get the rage aspect. I'm a large, often described as "scary looking" individual, and I get on the edge of boiling over rage as well, and that's without the added aspect of the direct and rampant sexism and misogyny. A lot of people say violence isn't the answer, but a lot of people are willing to let the worst happen right in front of them. Sometimes the best way to fight fire is with fire.

Have you ever heard of a hall burning? It's the Viking solution to fascism. Fire purifies Nazi filth
