The book I have here lists 3 very desirable and edible pink toned fungus... and 2 very dangerous ones of similar colour...

To my eye, and given my North American perspective, it looks like it could be in the amanita family. But in your part of the world I dunno.

UK, here. And yes we have had the spotty red white classic amanita ones pop up nearby, so probably won't be eating these tbh.
