Ham and grated smoked gruyere cheese into buttered mason jars

Insert the mixture (4 eggs. Salt. Pepper and half a cup of heavy cream)

Sous vide cook the mini mason jars at 172 for 70 minutes

Making a Dutch Apple baby as well. Two apples. Tbs brown sugar. Dash of cinnamon butter and nutmeg. Just for 3 to 5 minutes until they soften a little and butter turns into a nice thick syrup

More cinnamon butter. Fully grease the baking dish with it
Batter is just 2 eggs. Half cup of milk and half a cup of flour. Mixed until smooth

Toss in the apples. Even out. Then add the batter. 20 minutes at 425

Done! It'll collapse a but after being taken out

egg cups are done as well. Wish I had a kitchen Torah to top eith more cheese and brown the top
