Looks delicious. I love weirdly shaped pizza pies. Keep at it. Pizza making is one of my favorite hobbies.

it's not for you

That looks pretty horrible but it might taste amazing. Keep going I believe in you!

This looks a hot mess but I still want to eat it! Drooling over here

Bespoke pizza best pizza

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Looks good for orange cheese

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Well that looks like pizza. My first pizza looked like literal pie, too much yeast and flour. Just try again and you will succeed

Remember, the cheese will melt inward while cooking pulling toppings with it. Let it sit before cutting!

That's a good hint!

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Awesome, just lower the heat near the end of cooking time.

Looks tasty enough to eat. Keep going,

ill take 5

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

That looks damn good for a first try. You look like you're doing in on New Haven style, the best style. Keep at it

yeah maybe they better intervene instead of letting the pizza make itself.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Awful! How do you mess up something a child can make! SAD!

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

You are adorable!! I’m mom-proud of you.

Did you use a pizza stone? We got one in 2020 and it's so nice. Makes the crust so nice and kwispy.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No offense but it does not not look great

@OP May I recommend Adam Ragusea's method? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDpCzJw2xm4 I've had a lot of success

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'll have a look into Adams method! Thanks!

Enjoy! It makes a great pizza.

Good for you mate. Cooking can be both rewarding and frustrating. All the effort for zero result is annoying when it goes wrong. Good job.

Hell, even zero result is positive because you still learn. I always say that food is a science, you gotta observe and adapt your approach.

Could not have said it better. Sometimes after making something I feel so exhausted and don't even feel like eating it 1/2

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

mainly because it usually comes out not great :)

Every recipe you try, go in with the expectation that the second time you make it will be awesome, allowing you to adjust after the first

4 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

My wife always follows recipe exactly for the first time the makes tweaks that she thinks would improve it in the next attempts

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Looks great! Try a higher temp for a shorter time for more gooeyness.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

try the max heat you can. it is supposed to cook in some minutes at 750F. with standard oven at 500F cook your pizza take less than 15mn

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A bit well done but that's perfectly fine

4 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Hence the "small temperature adjustments" lmao

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

@op yay!!! Amazing job it looks great :) so happy! You’ll get faster and better each time too <3

4 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 3

I hope mine will like yours soon <3 thanks again!

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I’m confident yours will be even better ?

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Ooooo that looks delicious. I like pizza with burned bits.

4 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 6

Agreed. I moved to the UK and they don't cook the pizza's for long enough here. Their thin crusts still taste very dough-y to me.

The cheese needs to be properly browned and bubbly

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ever had New Haven style (Pepe's, Sally's et al)? Might be right up your alley!

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope but it sounds good!

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Cannot recommend highly enough.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Damn @op. Now I desperatly want to make pizza. Damn you I tell you!

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

But honestly, its not a bad thing so... :D

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pizza is a complete meal if made right with all the food groups present. It’s miracle food.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Don’t go to the hardware store. They sell like 5 different sizes of pizza ovens. Was hard to leave empty handed.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I know. I have sold Weber grills as a rep and made many sales to people who dis not know that they needed a grill before they entered :D

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you don’t own one, you need one, that or a pellet grill. Scored a pit boss smoker. Been using gas for years. I’m in Heaven.
