He's never coming back, dead or alive. Him telling his story would be more trouble than ignoring orders to do so. :(

Let her pose for a photo op, but won't let this guy in to check on the "clerical error". Makes total sense if you're a tyrant trying to hide violations against humanity.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He's long dead. The GOP/MAGA can't have him ever return to the US and giving interviews about his experience. Now they wait until people stop talking about it. And to speed up this process they will simply start a new scandal. Easy

In a terrorist-for-life torture prison. What US torture by rendition looks like. Gitmo. Not technically foreign soil. DeSantis oversaw forced rectal feeding. Seen here prisoners shackled into stress positions, hooded and gloved for sensory deprivation. Forced to kneel on sharp rock-a Japanese WWII torture. In Cuban heat. See also Israeli torture prisons with rape, days long zip tied limbs leading to amputations. The long history of USmil/Intel teaching torture. 1/

Or maybe because it's a sovereign country with their own law and rule that the Supreme Court of the US has no jurisdiction in? Like it or not that's the reality of the situation.

So we've already hit the "mass shipping of undesirable populations to death camps" portion of our transition to being the new Nazi Germany... Fuck.

Never forget: this is what a Right wing US torture prison looks like for children. Sleep deprivation and discomfort: Cold. lights always on, noisy, profound mental and emotional cruelty: no comforting the children allowed, inadequate sanitation, no beds, cages, no MH treatment, permanently orphaned by destroying the children's records. https://www.bu.edu/sph/news/articles/2019/child-detention-at-the-border-is-torture/ 1/

Rendition for torture. "Technically, the Patriot Act did not make torture legal. Because the United States is part of the Geneva Convention, it claims to not partake in "torture," but instead practices "torture lite" or "clean torture" on American soil. Torture lite does not leave any long-standing or "permanent" physical damage, while regular torture can result in death. The United States still practices regular torture in "third-party countries," or those not part of the Geneva Convention...1/

He spoke with El Salvador’s VP who admitted they’re being paid to keep Kilmar in custody. We already knew there was a $6 million dollar exchange (so far) between Trump and President Bukele but this was what the Senator had to say after his meeting: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DIhUUnUTta7/?igsh=aGZwNWd0ZGxpZ3p6

Christ on a bike, that YouTube comment section is vile.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It is! They’re swarming like vultures and the delusion is headache inducing. They’ll literally twist reality however they can and you can’t use logic to end an argument that someone (or hundreds of people) didn’t use logic to start in the first place. That whole comment section is pure mental illness.

Mazis are also calling for the arrest of that senator under the Logan act, ironically and hypocritically.

There's no prison. Cecot is a pit in the ground full of bodies.

I saw it posted yesterday, but cannot remember where exactly. The image I mean. It was a gif of a zoom in on the prison and one of its yards.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The source is Google Maps/Earth imaging from March 2023 (IIRC, but it was way before all of *this*). I analysed the colors in remote sensing software and found that the "blood stain" is a very similar color to the surrounding dirt and the "body pile" is consistent more with logs as they're too straight and equal to be human bodies, they're also too large as one of the ones I measured was ~10ft tall and ~3ft wide from top to bottom. You can verify this for yourself in Google Earth for CECOT.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I appreciate you pointing out the size of the items in the pile as i hadn't noticed that. But I disagree about the color of the soil. if you notice the spots where the ground is bare is a light tan, and the areas that appear darker have brush or some plant matter. I didn't use any tech, though. Another thing I noticed is the circular burn marks on the same area near the "logs". that keeps catching my attention. like super heated burn barrels were used there.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If the prison didn't kill him the inmates probably did. What a horrible way to die innocent and abandoned, never getting to say goodbye to his wife or family, I hope it was quick and painless

11 months ago | Likes 218 Dislikes 8

I hope that it is not so for anyone in this administration.

11 months ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

That's what they want you to believe. I'm sure he got killed and hosed down the drain on US order days ago. The GOP can't have this guy surviving. Him returning home and giving interviews about his experience would be a "PR" disaster.

Blaming MS13 affiliated inmates for his murder is the perfect excuse.

11 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Inmates I would say were given weapons and told to kill the Americans, and they will be left alone for 1 day without abuse.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I'd be surprised if they even made it to the prison. The transaction was complete the minute they landed. Probably shipped to a mass grave and killed immediately.

11 months ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

They call that cost savings

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It's business terminology. Literally. If you gotta cause the death of people don't get caught and if you do your lawyers will need to cost less than your profits for each death yield. Boom. One Harvard class.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You know full well it wasn’t either of those

11 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 27

Then why would both trump and the El Salvador prez agree to not return him? Trump could actually make himself look good by it.

11 months ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

I'm not saying he is dead, but there's no proof either way, so...

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I believe he's saying his death was likely neither quick nor painless... to highlight the tragedy of it all.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

They're being killed. No evidence to prove to th contrary and no effort made to disprove it despite how easy it would be.

11 months ago | Likes 295 Dislikes 5

I find it sad to see people so riled up about an american being wrongly deported and killed but when it come to american soldier killing civilians in other country, pff who cares right, just not at home right? Fucking garbage

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Isn’t there a satellite picture of the place with a big red stain in one of the courtyards?

11 months ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 3

Yes, but the local dirt is also red and when I put the raw from Google Earth that shows it into ENVI and ArcGIS (both remote sensing/GIS tools), the hex codes for the coloration are very similar to vast quantities of dirt around the complex in the same image. Meaning it's not an optical illusion, the colors of the "stain" inside the complex and the colors of the dirt surrounding it are very similar. I've also seen claims that there "looks like a pile of bodies next to it" but 1/2

11 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

The colors and sizes (measured directly from Google earth) are more consistent with logs. Unless there are 10ft bodies that are roughly 3ft wide at both the top and bottom. It's also worth noting that the imaging we see in that photograph was taken early 2023, but it is also the latest imaging we have for the area AFAIK. I'm not making claims as to what's going on in there, just trying to show why the imaging is not evidence one way or the other, it's almost certainly dirt and logs. 2/2

11 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm going to vote for the liberal party that I know has the best chance of stopping Pierre Poilievre and his fascist pieces of shit in two days, even though I don't like their stance on a lot of things.

Because there is way too much at stake. I can yell at them the minute after I vote for them.

11 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Yeah, hold everyone accountable except the people in power and the millions of dollars spend in lobbying/bribes/gerrymandering that allowed this situation to fester.

“It’s the people’s fault, not the corrupt system in place that they have little to no power to tear down because they are working multiple jobs to avoid starvation/homelessness.

Suck my balls buddy.

11 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 26

You’re both right.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Remember when everyone here was saying "we need to vote in numbers so great that the cheating and gerrymandering won't matter"?

Pepperidge Farms remembers, and is pissed.

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Good job preaching to a liberal echo chamber. All those “get out and vote” post and comment farming sure made such a difference instead of getting off the internet and actually talking to people. When are people going to realize that endless amounts of memes and “witty” gotcha moments aren’t going to turn into progress at the polls? You can sit here and be smug but the bottom line is the democratic failed to reach people. They failed to inspire people enough to get off their asses and vote.

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 8

Always someone else's fault, hey? "They didn't inspire me!". Are you serious? The threat of losing ones rights wasn't "inspiring" enough?

You guys have some fucking nerve, acting like spoiled, entitled brats when the threat of losing all your rights was on the line, and peoples' very *lives* were in the line. Only *children* think that way.

No wonder MAGA kicked your asses.

11 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As an outsider I have watched what to me seemed like a slow decline of the American political system, that it didn't matter which one of the parties was in power there was not much progress, because their system doesn't allow that, and the rise of fascism was inevitable considering their history but instead of wanting to break the system and rebuild it, and hold their own politicians accountable, they attack fellow countrymen who were on their side but disagreed on points they themselves didnt

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you didn't vote, then sit down and stop talking. The adults now have to fix the fuck-up you helped create.

You idiots always pop up. You idiots never think you're part of the problem. You idiots always blame someone else. You and 70 million others did nothing when you had the chance. And now he's possibly dead because you wouldn't hold your nose for just one day.

In two days, I'm going to the polls, to vote for a party that I know has the best chance to stop PP and his fascists.

11 months ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 3

I voted democrat moron but I’m not stupid enough to sit here and shit on people who couldn’t get the polls because their job refused to let them off work, or their closest polling location closed down, or whatever excuse they have for not voting.

I blame this country for not making Election Day a holiday so everyone can get out there. I blame America for letting the corruption and bribery get so bad that the president can openly manipulate the stock market with zero fear. You can sit here~

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 11

And whine at the people beside you but you won’t approach the actual people in charge that let these things happen. They will just call whoever and have you carted off to jail and now possibly deported without due process. It’s an actual risk to yell at those people, so you’ll sit here and take the cowardly path; telling strangers on the internet to personally apologize to you because they themselves are ultimately responsible for voter turnout, not the billions of dollars Harris spent~

11 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 15

Apologize to me? No. They need to apologize to the ones suffering for their inaction.

11 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where did you get that information? This administration says that with NO evidence. They could say that about you and pack you off to the same place. In fact, Trump is talking about doing exactly that, deporting actual American citizens, for whatever charges he wants to make up. Are you ok with that? https://apnews.com/article/trump-citizens-prison-el-salvador-illegal-79113d0ccefefd1f7d8e51c3a4c3defd If he doesn't have to prove the charges, he can say what he wants and you disappear.

You are a member of MS13. ICE is on their way to black bag you and ship you to a foreign concentration camp. You have no right to due process, because you're a terrorist gang member.

If they can disappear him without due process, they can disappear YOU without due process. Either everyone has due process or no one does.
