Hi, you might want to invest in some minitools. They are a great help in getting the details right (like the top corners) and making it look finished. Its a great hobby and I hope you are enjoying it as much as we do.

Came here to say the same thing. I have a 6" long miter box that works with an Exato blade miter saw. Less than $20. Use for architectural models.
