Stephen Russell (the VA who voices the Mr. Handy robots in Fallout 3 & 4) being the voice is pretty iconic if you've played any BGS Fallout game, but I do like Matt's work with Snip-Snip. I hope Matt sticks around for any S2 appearances of Mr. Handies...but a part of me hopes they can get Stephen back to voice one as well.
