Meet Ember

He's the first and only cat we had in awhile. We didn't have any pets for a few years after our dog passed away. But one day he just showed up at our house and never left. Glad he stayed. He's the best pet I have ever had. Always comes when I call, and loves being around people. He isn't afraid of anything either.

His favorite toy is a long piece of grass, he loves chasing it. He also is the one that hunts the most. One day he brought a live mouse in the house so he could chase it and catch it for us to see, made for an interesting evening haha.

one winter we had this huge buck in our yard. Ember hungout with him a lot.

The deer are always following him around and even play with him or lick his back sometimes. He doesn't mind at all!

Meet Calcifer, aka Dopey, aka Squeaky

I took him home one night from my sisters friends house, they were going to take him and his brothers (along with a few other cats) to the pound. He was just the sweetest, and seemed so happy to be with me. So I stole him. My intention was to find him a new home because my parents probably weren't to keen on another cat, but they loved him.

Ember actually loved him. He took very good care of him, taught him how to use the litter box (which blew my mind). Made sure he stayed in the yard when they were outside, and bathed him.

He purrs the most when you do this!

fun facts about Calcifer: anytime you just look at him, he will start purring. I never see him not purring. Also, He can't meow. instead he will open his mouth as if to meow, but either no sound comes out or he just squeaks. He's a dope and I love him

Meet Luther

His name used to be Satan from the previous owners. Interesting thing is he came from the same house that I got Calcifer from. Only my sister brought him home about a month later. Thankfully they couldn't find him the day the took all the cats to the pound. he was my sister's favorite of them all so she took him.

Skinny Kitty

He was soo skinny and malnourished when we got him and also very scared. They never fed him so he was in survival mode, if we ever dropped any food or were cooking he would act desperate to eat it.

Calcifer and Luther

Fun thing: Calcifer and Luther are actually brothers from a different litter! same mom, different dad we believe. I didn't know this till way later.

I used to not be much of a cat person until I got these little fellas.
