Today I noticed that the Ikea glass food co tainers are actually oven proof. So convenient to put on a half filled baking tray!

I do have metal and ceramic oven dishes, but they're too large. This size is perfect

Oven fries with chicken salt, broccolini with soya sauce, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and sesame seeds (not pictured: meatballs in almond sauce, Albóndigas en salsa de almendras.

Chicken salt is the guilty pleasure. Nummers! +1

Crinkle cuts? Mods, off with him

crinkle cuts are good when they are really fucking crunchy, you can sorta get a good crust on them in the oven if you do it like an air-fryer too.

Can your oven get high enough to melt glass? If not, you're good. Only two main concerns: don't put it in the oven when you preheat because the oven is designed to be much hotter faster so the oven gets up to temperature quicker, and wait for it to cool down before washing it.

Glass cracks long before it melts, generally 450 f should be safe but 500 might not.

Also don't put glass under a broiler.

And don’t use a stove burner, forget you used it, and then set your baking dish top of said burner. I def didn’t do this with my 9x13 pyrex and almost injure my roommate in college. Nope. Wasn’t me at all.
