Forgive the selfie- I needed proof to show the droves of Americans who don't believe in Kinder Surprise.
I've only seen Kinder Surprise in memes since they're illegal in the US. Well, I'm travelling abroad and saw one in a gas station display and decided this is how I'm going to start my new year- breaking the 'murican law!
I got a toy car and yes, I put the stickers on it.

The kinderjoy in America are half chocolate half packaged toy. The ones with chocolate covering a plastic shell with toy inside r illegal.

They have special ones for the US. They have the toy in a separate compartment and not inside the candy.

The ones fully encased in chocolate still are. Right now they only sell the ones that split in separate compartments.

I was thinking of the Kinder Joys then. I dont eat them either way, only my daughter does so I really dont follow it.

Nope, still illegal. They sell a different Kinder product with the toy OUTSIDE the egg under a different name, but can't remember what it is

Those are probably Kinder Joy, a different type. I've seen them in Walmart too.

Those things are super fun. Found some in a local candy store and bought some... Honestly I think they are super fun cause they're illegal.

A giant yellow pill case fully encased in chocolate. Yeah they were legit but I don't think the candy store knew.
