Webcomic Highlights: A Good Cry

I'm feeling depressed today so this week I'm sharing comics that have made me cry (in a good way)

First up is one called "Loving Reaper" by Jenny Jinya

This comic is about animals that have died and death comes to collect their souls. Death is kind as he gets to witness the worst that humanity has to offer but also the best. Death is kind and comes for everyone eventually but he remembers every soul he's taken. It's beautiful and has made me cry more than once.

It's definitely worth reading. Jenny had even released a few books.

Next is called "My Apartment is Connected to Another World" by Melo4679. This is probably the most wholesome of all the comics here.

It's actually several stories that are connected to Hikari's apartment. Different types of people can arrive here only in the most dire of circumstances. But Hikari turns out into a safe place where anyone is welcome despite their circumstances and cooks them a good meal. Many times these people are invited or worse. But it's a great metaphor for what a safe place can do for people.

This comic doesn't post very often and the last time Melo posted was a few months ago to let her fans know she's not dead. But it's cozy and I enjoyed it

Lastly is...
"Kids are All Right" by HP56

This comic is all finished and quite in-depth. It is about kids and how their parents circumstances can be interpreted by them. The art style is minimalistic and helps portray a child's mind.

Now I read this one and could feel my gut turn because of the story and how bad I felt for everyone in it. It can give a good cry if you have a good amount of empathy.
