I've missed work due to dental problems though. Fortunately I can afford to get it fixed, but it DOES affect how hard we can work.

Maybe in america. In civilized countries, dental care is indeed considered healthcare.
It isn't covered in Denmark, where "healthcare for all" is basically our brand.
It isn't covered in Canada, where "healthcare for all" is basically our brand.
Need to work on that brand, then
