It may be a little late to say it now, but I feel it should still be said
Adopting a pet is a huge commitment, and if you didn't have time or energy for one before lock down, you won't be able to properly care for them after life goes back to normal. I'm expecting there will be a surge in pet surrenders once people start going about their lives after everything clears up.

totally agree.. I'm keeping an eye on a shelter for when this occurs. I'm using this time to prepare to get one once we're back to normal.
