French police car purposely try to knock down biker on highway.
You can also see a hand of the passenger seat coming out the police car trying to knock down the bike.
Video provided by another car, whose driver put it on social media.
Biker, named Hugo, lawyered up and is suing them for attempted murder.
This matter has been referred to the IGPN, who will investigate it.

So what's the background? What happend before this moment? Did the cop try to pass and got blocked by the bike for minutes? Of course it won't change the fact that this is attempted murder, but there is a background that is not being shown. Over here in Europe cop don't go doing shit like this "just for fun"

The reporter says the police car was driving behind the bike, not that the bike was intentionally blocking it. The biker let them pass as you can see at the start of the video where he merged one lane over to let them pass. So my guess is police car was impatient and felt justified to do what they did.
