They are literally changing the Constitution on government sites. The document that is supposed to be held sacrosanct and used to define everything we do as a nation. They just "oops a coding error removed very specific portions of the Constitution from multiple different sites" and expected noone would notice.
How many of you have an actual physical copy? Most people would just Google and get the info, assuming the US government would obviously have the correct version. But when that gets called into question, "see that habeas corpus thing doesn't even exist, fake news!". Eventually the search engines would no longer find it on those sites and remove it from search results, further solidifying its removal.
This isn't conjecture or theories, this is actual attempts to modify the US Constitution under our nose and we should not let this stand. This Fascist regime needs to be kicked out of office ASAP.

Luckily, removing those sections from a website doesn't actually remove the protection those rights provide. Trump and co do not have the legal authority to do that (yet).
However, people will find it hard to invoke those protections when needed if they don't know they have 'em, which is clearly the goal the Trump administration is going for.
