Republicans Voting Against Republicans. As a registered Texas Republican I checked the ballot top to bottom with blue candidates where applicable today. The spineless and trump complicit Republican Party has not served me as a party member or our country in a fitting manner, so I flushed. My first Democrat vote was 2 weeks ago for TX Senate. And I will continue to flush at midterm to get rid of Gov Abbott, LtG Patrick, and AG Paxton. I encourage my fellow Texans to do the same. Early voting is happening now. Do not wait until Election Day and risk not being able to vote.
We’ll see what happens next. It would be great for Biden to gain 38 votes in the EC if Texas flips.

Sid Miller. Gotta ditch Sid. I honestly think he’s worse than trump in many ways.

What do you reckon are the chances Texas will turn blue? (I’m just following from Europe)

Historically large cities are blue, it's the rest of the area you have to watch for. After all that's happened, maybe 40%?

As a Texas resident, I wouldn't hold my breath. Every year it edges closet to a purple state but only by a little

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2020-election-forecast/texas Biden is still the underdog in Florida, but it's not impossible.

If Texas goes blue, I will not actually do anything, but I will be surprised and pleased.

I promise if Texas goes blue, I will eat a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese with a cup of black coffee,

Oh that's a good idea. If Texas goes blue, I will eat some ice cream.

If you're really a republican but hate Trump, why would you vote all blue, and not all red EXCEPT for Trump?

They are all complicit in the mess we are in. They let him in the tent and then once elected, they let their colors shine to support his bs.

If I could vote against McConnell in this election I would. But that’s not my fight yet.
