Greek style lamb, marinated for 24 hrs, with garlic, lemon, olive oil, oregano, Greek seasoning, salt and pepper.
Slits are cut into the lamb and the marinade is pushed into the slots, time consuming but delicious.

The dinner spread, lamb, Greek style lemon roasted potatoes, green beans and my favorite Tiropitas (cheese and philo triangles)

Tsourekia is the bread of choice for Greek holidays, it is more of a sweet bread, a little time consuming with three rises but delicious.
Since Greek Easter was on the same day this year I thought I would share my families meal.

How did you achieve that beautifully charred crust on the lamb? Looks perfect! (btw, Cristos Anesti!)

Alithos anesti!! You sear it first, we did it on the grill on high on both sides then turn down the temp
