Finished product first.

Finished empty rack. I may switch to a metal dowel rod for strenght. It started to bend when fully loaded.

Pre cutting all of the boards.

Mock up for fit before attaching

Single greatest tool I've ever bought. Made this project so simple.

Pocket holes drilled using the jig pictured above.

All screwed together.

Time to fill the holes. Wood glue for the biscuits.

Biscuits in. I bought a box of 50 of these designed to work with the jig.

All sanded down and smooth

Assembled and ready for stain.

Added threaded stud to a dowel rod.

Tried to make it easy to assemble and disassemble for when my wife loads them up for home shows.

Stain going on.

Makeshift drying rack in the basement.
