'Amusement'? Used ironically to describe how they must feel seeing him destroy what they worked so hard for for the last 4 years

Some of us wonder why they would even attend. Do they still think that validating his coming dictatorship is in anyway supporting a democracy that is being dismantled before their eyes ?

Note - A majority of Americans didn't vote for Trump. He secured a plurality of the popular vote, but not a majority. By definition more people voted for someone other than Trump.
