Just finished a very stressfull lateshift at the ICU and I need something to cheer me up. So I decided to share my Dinner with you guys, so you can recook it^^
At First start with a great beer of your choice. You need at least... ähh... idk... maybe 4 beer...
Start with drinking the first one before you start cooking.
I choose "Füchschen Alt" btw. It's a local dark beer and one of my favorites.

Then you start cooking (while drinking the 2nd beer). I started with my side dish, some mixed veggies (some corn, peas, carrots, shrooms and onions)... because I'm on a new years diet.

Parallel to the veggies you can start with your main. I make steak. Nothing special. Just a small 300g filet. Here on the pic you see not a steak. This is salt. Salt is very importent for a good steak. I prefer Murray River Salt. And to be honest I'm one of the people who put it on the steak BEFORE I roast it. Just deal with it.

There you go... here is the steak! While drinking Sir Beer the 3rd you can cook it like you want: fry it, roast it, grill it, bake it, look at it while it's raw... When you make it in a pan like me, don't forget the butter! Or even better: use Butterschmalz! Mmmmhhh delicious. I can't belive trying something else then REAL butter.

The beauty like she should be. Medium and served with garlic butter (but just a small piece... diet u know)
Uh... and don't forget "Prinz Fuchs jr." or whatever you call your beer #4. I won't judge you. Enjoy your meal!
Prost and #bound apple tits!
