Scout out for a walk

This loveable derp has been with us a year and a half. We rescued him because we knew black cats don't get adopted as much, and because he is deaf. He doesn't let it stop him though, he loves to go out to meet people and dogs.

Beach!

Enjoying some shade near the water after trying to stalk some seagulls.

Chilling on top of the bookshelves

Owning enough books for a small library means plenty of places to perch on.

In the woods

The guy likes to explore the woods we have nearby. Trails are lots of fun. Gotta stay up to date on tick and flea meds though. Don't fall for fake/expired meds online. I did a lot of research and figured it far better to buy from my vet.

Rolling in the sand

Derp Tax.

Just a note, Some ASPCA centers are reportedly waiving black cat adoption fees. So if you were thinking of making an addition to your life, these guys need your love.

I love my black cat. She's incredibly loyal, and sweet. She's almost 21, and as resilient as a barn cat. Give black cats love!

I adopted a black cat. Pet Smart and other pet stores are actually required to ask if you're going to sacrifice them. Weird, but true.

"Yep, sure." Ok, that'll be 9,99, you need a bag?

I have two black cats, and they're very lovable. They're not the brightest, but I love them all the same.

Well yeah. If you wanted a bright cat, go for a lighter coat
