Okay to offset the adverts tonight for user sub viewers, i give you food!

The dinner at home i did for my wife last night - Miso soup(far right), Thai yellow curry (bottom left), Tomato and herb risotto with garlic grilled prawns (top center and far top left).

A staff meal we did - horrible weather so i baked burger buns(testing new recipe - wasnt so good), micro greens, tomato, thick bacon, beef/chicken patties with inhouse tomato sauce.

Sakura smoked Pork belly - was quite good, but we shouldnt have boiled it earlier - made it too salty for smoking.

Japanese style scotch eggs (think eggs in ramen, then made scotch style)

Hand minced lamb shoulder prepared with Mediterranean spices, herb tomato cous-cous, tzatziki and spicy tomato topping sauce.
