I need to go outside more often...
I used http://tiii.me to check how many hours of TV I've watched, excluding movies and realised I've I need to go outside more often. I don't even want to think about how many hours I've put in to games...

I am outside every day at least twice for about 15 minutes each way. I really don't see the appeal.
