Did you have problems getting the CAM software to recognize the Hue+ by any chance?

Yeah, Ended up getting an older version of CAM and finally solved the problem.

Thanks! Been trying to get a customer's Hue+ working for a few days. LEDs work but CAM just didn't want to recognize and let me tweak them.

I went and got version 2.1.8 after reading a recommendation off reddit as a fix and it worked :P

OP the accidental lifesaver. Love NZXT's approach to RGB. I have their Kraken AIO - took me a week to get that to work with CAM. :D

Glad I could help :P Yeah NZXT needs to sort out their software problems, I read a lot of HUE+'s get bricked to failed firmware updates too
