Cats don't instinctively play inside a horses tail or swat at them (except the one that had its tail bit, that at least is normal). This is nearly all trained/encouraged behavior for internet points. You've clearly also been trained to think this is normal.

Nah, they’re not. Knowing an individual horse’s temperament and usual behaviour goes a long way in each situation. A few of these are dicey but most are horses who are chill and happy.
