Cop felt it was prudent to make me get in the back of the cruiser while he searched my car.
This was probably about his view when he said it looks like there is marijuana "shake" on my center console. Does this give him probable cause to search my car?
He also said it looks like there's marijuana shake on my carpet.
Here's a little better view than he had of my dirty center console. Keep you cars clean folks, or else you might be suspicious of using drugs.

No...the issue is someone searching the car without probable cause. Nothing in those photos shows pot was present.
