I'm now in the i.c.c. telemetry ward its a small step down but at this point and progress is progress. I'm also leaving with an external pacemaker and a central line.
Here's to going home soon I hope! Ignore the bedhead its been 18 days since my last shower. I'm so greatful for these small steps, but I want to go home so badly.

As someone who was over a month in ICU and then 6 months in hospital, it's a struggle. I don't remember much about my time there now.

Ok, Im off the pacemaker and working with pt on getting upright again which is painful and sucky but rewarding Ive got 6 weeks of i.v.

Antibiotics and and nj feeding tube in as well as an official diagnosis of MIS-A from Covid, I'm glad to be recovering.
