Setup that doesn't make me sit up
She may not look like much but she's got it where it counts.
For several months I didn't have the space or the money to get a desk, so I would just use my laptop on my couch or, if I was traveling for work, a hotel room bed with free City Wi-Fi as pictured here(Hotel WiFi was $35/night. What a scam)
Despite this, I hit Platinum rank in a few online games, my friends started calling me the "Couch Plat-tato".
Still, this $300 laptop has seen me through thick and thin, I've had to pull it apart to repaste the heat sink, I've changed out both fans, resoldered the power connection port or whatever it's called, and replaced the battery.
Oh sure, there's amazing rigs on here that have hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars poured into them, and I kinda feel like the guy who shows up to Cars & Coffee and parks his 1992 Toyota MR2 between some Lamborghini Gallardos, but this one is mine and it's treated me right over the years.

Just got an $1100 gaming laptop and had to buy a separate number pad because it doesn’t have one on the keyboard.

Dude, if it works for you, that's all that matters. ??

Reclined gaming is the ideal way to play. I'm making a platform to put my recliner on casters so I can use it in place of an office chair.

I've got one of those 5 fan cooling pads underneath it, but definitely would if I didn't have that there
