Just saw a video talking about average house prices in and around Seattle. Mercer island is a lot, beautiful stream!

It's a really nice place to live, 5 mins from downtown Seattle, but quiet and has a lot of greenery.

It looks very much like the creek behind my cabin on Mt Hood. Carrying the groceries back doesn’t sound fun.
