Whisky by the glass

Me and my girlfriend was on holiday in Greece and dined at our favorite restaurant Cosmos in Platanias on Crete where they have a very good selection of whisky.

Apparently the distillery is no more and therfore I will probably never sample this again.
Got a healthy amount for the 42 euro price.
The bottle was unopened and sealed so the dram needed a good 25 minute in the glass and about half a teaspoon of water to open up and settle down.
It was amazing!
