I get that. Trump would've tried this anyway. The president is still expected to bring in his own advisors he thinks are experts. That's a good point. I don't really have a good handle on what sort of tasks the president can just point at a guy and say "Go get me a sandwich" and when he needs congress to approve his appointed sandwich guy.
