Woman and children first ,than I'll have sex with the men

Sadly, there were several dogs housed in the Titanic's kennels, most of them did not survive the sinking.

Dog could potentially be both a woman and a child. :)

Zords on the Eastern and Invasion Front? That would make for some awesome visuals i imagine

whats up with woman first still being a thing? dont we all have equal rights now? cuz if they get to go first i want a pay rise

7 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

It isn't still a thing. The comic is pretty clearly the Titanic disaster, which was over 100 years ago. Modern ships have assigned lifeboat

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

2/ seating for all passengers, regardless of gender/age/etc.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Though in that case, they left the ship by helicopter, not by lifeboat.

I just brought up the case of the MTS Oceanos in another thread. Sank in 1991. Passengers were evacuated women and children first.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That was a special case where the crew abandoned the passengers and there was no orderly evacuation

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Dogs first, then children and cats, then pregnant women, then the rest of the passengers, then crew, then officers.

7 years ago | Likes 73 Dislikes 6

Nah, let the cats drown.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 8

Officers last......fml

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Traditionally, crew disembark by rank, lowest first, because it's seen as a matter of responsibility for getting the others to safety.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well, it kinda sorta maybe is their job to keep everything afloat so everyone else can get out first. Dunno, might be wrong here.

Its evacuation effort was led by the ship's guitarist and entertainer, Moss Hills, who signalled for help and was the last person off.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The Oceanos' captain and crew abandoned ship. They were later convicted of negligence.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Definitely is. Without the officers, you can't organise an evacuation. Happened on the MTS Oceanos.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well okay, you can, but its way more difficult

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And captain goes down with the boat.... Or last if he doesn't feel like it

7 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

Sinking with the ship was popularized because back then the captain usually didnt own the boat and it was cheaper to die than to pay it back

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

And I have no clue what I'm talking about and I'm making shit up lol

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Actually I never thought about that Idk if ur bullshitting but it makes sense cause death over bills sounds legit

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Nah the real reason was they were legally obligated to be the last one on the boat. If they abandoned ship they would be imprisoned or worse

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's actually accurate, no rules saying the captain can't abandon ship after the passengers & crew are all safely unloaded

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

There's no rule saying it's a death sentence for the captain if the boat sinks either

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Or just leave after crashing ship showing off
