I've seen this so many times on Facebook, and it is so dumb.
It fills me with such unholy rage that I took the great effort and time to outline why it is so dumb and post it on an entirely separate social media platform.
First of all, "firstly?" Seriously?
Second, most of the 'pipes' are blocked off anyway. Then, #7 over there is just straight up leaky.
So, the only one that would really even get filled (depending on the rate at which the water is even coming out of the faucet) would be #3.
Also, 99% will fail? As the great Kip once said "Like anyone can even know that."

@OP Obviously the pipes are blocked off and 7 has a hole in it. Its there to trip up the viewer such as if you didn't see 3 was blocked off

If only 1 drop falls from the faucet, Cup 1 will be the most filled, but never full. Cup 3 will fill up first only if it's a steady stream.
