Damn. Where the hell are folks having to pay $450 for gas? /j

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They will always find a way to fuck us… we move away from oil, electricity will be raised. Of course there is a demand and supply issue at first, but even when we have enough power…. They will NOT lower prices. Why would they? Maybe if we had a competition of power suppliers but we know they negotiate their territory. We will 95% of the time get screwed.

Wonder how much that giant narcissistic banner cost us?

Donald Trump stabbed: America's back.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And remember kids; that gas you're paying through the nose for right now was bought & processed at the old pre-war rate. When Trump's bullshit is finally over & the cost of crude comes back down, the oil companies will still continue charge you the inflated price for about a year or so. L'chiam!

Shoots up like a rocket, comes down like a feather.

Gas, housing, food, electricity. The cost of everything is rising a meanwhile, no one is making more money. Feels like the rich are just stealing everything they can before the dumpster fire takes the rest, and they flee to do the same thing again elsewhere.

Just wait until the farm fertiliser to grow crops is not available and food goes through the roof.

People have been calling me stupid for driving a Prius for 6 years. I now have 3 in rotation. Guess I can sell one of my “stupid cars” when the price of fuel skyrockets again. Make a quick buck. But man, am I ever stupid.

Wait utill you get your electric bill.

Solar pannels and battery

What about America's back? Is there something on our back? Is it a spider?

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Wait till you hear about natural gas

"Pull my finger!"

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Joke's on you, I drive an EV! So I'll just have higher energy prices because more AI data centers in my state will drive up the cost of electricity for everyone because that's somehow legal in the fucking shithole country we have!

Americans are so poor they have to complain about the cheapest gas prices in the western world.
Yea no it's not hate, it's an observation of wealth distribution. Or the lack of.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Holy shit that's so cheap. *cries in Australian*

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Australia has a working transit system compared to the US. According to this the highest miles driven per year for Australia is equal to the lowest driven in the US. Your vehicles are likely more fuel efficient than ours as well.

How does U.S. transit support compare to our peers? - https://share.google/qo2ivcPZCYV4CHxGB

Yeah public transport here is very good compared to the US (where I am originally from). That said I don't use it often enough myself and my commute is around 45 minutes. It was hovering around 1.80/litre until this recent bullshit. Now it's 2.40-2.50/L over the course of a week. Ouch.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It jumped up to $2.20/L for 91 overnight for me, lines for the servos were crazy on friday to avoid the increase.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

it's more or less $11/gallon here at the moment

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

11.00 AUD = 7.38 USD

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Still $2.89/gallon here.

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 17

get it while you can. last saturday, the station down the road was at 2.92. tonight it was at 3.55

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Not for long. Maybe once the station you're near orders more fuel. Prices are soaring a lot of places. Seeing it soar all over.

2 weeks ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

I filled up last week when it was $2.69

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's even less for me, but you'll notice that your post doesn't match their narrative. Hence your comment is downvoted and then hidden from view.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 7

i live litterally in walking distance of a red apple. last saturday it was 2.92. this evening it was 3.55. if yours hasnt gone up, give it

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

a few more days. it will. you being stupid or a bot wont change that.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Correct, our narrative is reality. If your comment doesn't match reality, there's a good chance will get downvoted. You can take your alternate-reality over to the ghost-town of r/republican and share it with the 6 other users still posting there.

Or you can realize that oil is a global commodity, and just because your corner station in bumfuckville hasn't increased yet doesn't mean it's not an issue that will never affect you.
It's coming, and it was all inflicted by trump.

That graph is wrong because it matches "the narrative," and "the narrative" is bad and automatically wrong, only brave lone wolves are right

Glad I drive a hybrid since gas went up a dollar per gallon overnight.

2 weeks ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 1

Glad I drive a FFV. E85 hasn't moved.... yet

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I'm feeling very good about my EV right about now.

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Haha, I bet. I spend too much time driving in rural areas for that, but even just the hybrid has been fantastic. It basically cut my fuel consumption in half, and I don't even drive in optimal hybrid conditions.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Full electric here, hard not to be a little smug right now.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Gas never went down here. It always fluctuates between 5-5.5/gallon dunno why there arent more EVs here.

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I'd love an EV but I live in an apartment with zero charging stations. Until more places have charging (or I finally afford a house so that I can put in my own charging station - hah!), then I won't be getting one.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That sucks. I was paying $2.70/gal last week despite Michigan supposedly having really high gas taxes.

2 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Wow thats crazy. If gas hit $3 here people would be filling their 500 gallon agricultural tanks with it.

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

California has a high gas tax. We pay $4 But at least there’s no smog

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

👀 def no smog
