Getting close to Eve. Coming in at over 3km/s.

Entering the upper atmosphere.

Lower in the atmosphere, re-entry effects burning away.

Once the vehicle is subsonic, I will pop the chutes.

Piercing the top level of clouds.

The sun is almost completely obscured at this point.

Starting to see ocean and some distant shores.

Finally through the cloud layer.

Chutes fully deploy.

Almost there.

Rocket starts to fire just before touchdown to slow vehicle to under 3m/s.

Splashdown!

Eve Buoy Probe at its final destination, the ocean on Eve.

Now it's time to find out what this liquid is made of...

Why so many chutes? Did you go down at like 1 m/s? Anyway now you have to do some boat racing on eve haha
