Sadly I saw this coming. Honestly the judge should be tried with jury tempering himself. Wino is still going to be in jail, which is good. But I think they could’ve locked him away on just the facts alone. The extra, although it was enjoyable for the media and convinced others of his guilt, made an appeal inevitable.

Blame it on the prosecution and the judge that fucked up the case in the first place. He's still got 16 years in California, no? Besides, the case can still be retried, just without the problematic evidence.
