I have no illusions that I suck at drawing. But I've tried occasionally to do sketches, it just never goes anywhere. Enter #inktober #inktober2019 and my recent purchase of a number of #fountain_pens and inks. I'm hoping to stick with it for the month, gives me a goal to work with and another reason to use my pens.
Here's the #stargate which was the first thing I thought of from the Ring prompt.
Mindless for me immediately brought to mind an empty skull. Much of these are simply referencing an existing image, but hell, this turned out better than I thought I'd be able to pull off even with that. By no means stellar, but for a computer programmer with no artistic skills....
