There's still the problem of an extra finger. Lots of things being right isn't as relevant as one significant thing being wrong

I think his fingers are angled in a way that you’re seeing a fifth finger where it’s actually the side of his hand/palm. There’s a wedding ring and then a finger beneath that and then it’s his hand. My problem is that’s not a newborn baby it’s too round headed and clean and unwrinkled and why is the belly button covered I don’t know.

Normally Mom gets to hold Baby for just a minute or two after delivery, not much longer because she's utterly exhausted. Baby gets wheeled off to the nursery for cleanup and some initial medical checks, and then gets brought back to the room. This baby looks several hours old, which would explain why the grandparents are in the room and not waiting outside.
