#3 may have saved that pizza like a G. But as a former kitchen worker, I don't see his mouth move at all. You always call "behind" as you pass someone on the line to avoid this exact sort of thing. Guy removing the pizza from the oven was also supposed to call out his backwards movement. This kitchen lacks communication discipline.

"Behind you." or "Hot!" would def have prevented this. In most of the kitchens I've worked, a touch was a common practice, not sure if that's still in use.
