They’re all the same. Same crappy motherboards, ram, hard drives. Unless you really spend some $ and get upgraded hardware.

certain brands stick with certain hardware manufacturers. For example, Apple used Toshiba HDs for a long time, and Toshiba drives are poor.

Their annual failure rate is similar to WD and Seagate. But Backblaze has a small sample size vs other vendors, so who knows how they scale.
